About Ngairi Beamish
Ngairi Beamish is a dedicated relationship specialist, who has drawn from not only lived experiences of her adversities and impacts of attachment trauma, but also from her journey in learning to thrive live a fulfilling live, in spite of the past imprints.
Ngairi has found the most direct path to freedom from the past is the embodiment of direct experiencing, through sensory awareness, in the present moment.
Ngairi's journey involved learning from many teachers, facilitators, and somatic researchers, as well as from the people and places she encountered. She developed humility and learned to listen to unexpected teachings in diverse and challenging situations. Through this path, Ngairi discovered her way through the body, mindfulness, movement, and both well-trodden and less-traveled roads.
